Our Services

Porter Service

We do not have a porter service.
However, we provide self-service luggage carts on the 1st and 20th floors instead of the porters.

Do you have a Concierge?
No, we don’t but our reception staff will help you anytime. Please contact with them at the reception desk.


Room Service

We do not have a room service.
However, we provide vending machines, ice machine on each floors and a lobby shop instead of the service. Also in room compact refrigerators in each rooms that guests can stock with items of their choice.

Can I pre-arrange to have flowers or a bottle of champagne or cake sent to a guest room prior to their arrival?
We are sorry we cannot. We do not have flower shop and room service.


Internet Access

All rooms offers complimentary Wi-Fi and Wired Internet Access.
When using the Wi-Fi, you will be required to enter a password which is mentioned in the instructions of your room. And more, when using the Wi-Fi in the Lobby, please ask our Front staff and they will give you a password.


Can you offer triple occupancy rooms?
Yes, we can. Triple occupancy is only available at Scenic Twin Room with two beds and one extra bed.
Do you have an extra bed? How much is the cost?
Yes, we have.
Extra bed (90cm) is available at JPY 2,376 and triple rooms are only available in the Scenic Twin Room.

*Please note that we have limited number of extra beds and must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

What is your Child Policy?
We do not charge for children under 12 years old when sharing a room with adults and using the existing bedding.

Baby bed (115×60cm) is complimentary on request.
*Available for children under 1 year old.
*Please note that we have limited number of baby beds and must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have connecting rooms?
We have some connecting rooms but not all categories and very limited. You can be requested; however we cannot guarantee and are subject to availability upon request.
Can I check-in earlier?
Unfortunately, we cannot.
Our check- in time is 2:00 p.m.
If you arrive earlier, we are pleased to keep your luggage at our Front Desk. Please ask our staff. This service is complimentary.
What is your policy on early check-in?
It is based on the availability upon arrival.
Please check our early check-in policy below;

Early Check-In with Guarantee. The previous night must be booked to confirm your early check-in on the day of arrival. One night charge will be required. Please let us know if this arrangement is required.
